While surfing through Flickr this morning, looking at photos of the kiddo (I needed to get my "Eliza fix"), I came across this recently uploaded image of E - taken by Grandma Cathy during her last Houston visit. Such a great photo.
It is just the amount of cuteness I needed to get through the morning. Hope it helps y'all - TGIF!
That's our cutie!
fun in the 101 degree sun!
We decided to go out to the park this morning while it was still cool, and only 99 degrees. Eliza and the ladies had fun in Discovery Green park, posing for photos, having a yummy lunch, and mostly melting.

While Mommy perused the clearance rack for some new swimsuits for the little diva, Daddy and Lulu were watching her go crazy all over the toddler section.
She first started dancing wildly to a Michael Jackson song, and then it continued into the the next pop song - that's when we got out the camera. Unfortunately the memory card was full, or else we could have brought you another 50 seconds of her busting a move at the Old Navy.
Eliza has a new doggy...
...and he's plastic!
We won't get her a real puppy (yet), so she'll have to just enjoy playing with the mannequin pooch whenever we go to Old Navy.

Eliza loves a good shoulder ride, and Grammy Lulu has all the fancy moves to make this little lady laugh.
Eliza and Daddy on the lazy river
We had a swell time at the Hyatt Resort in San Antonio, especially on the lazy river that connected the resort's several swimming pools. Eliza enjoyed riding in her own personal tube raft and splashing Daddy at every opportunity.
