Exhausted
This sweet girl needed a car nap. She was worn out from being sick, traveling and the excitement and responsibility of becoming a big sister.
Eliza Becomes A Big Sister
Griffin King Watkins was born on 12-12-12. We made the long drive from Florida to Alabama on December 27th to pick the little guy up.
Eliza's already a great helper - wanting to hold, feed and kiss the baby.
She thoroughly inspected him and declared that he smelled like macaroni and was surprised to discover he doesn't have any teeth yet.
Training her new dog
Eliza really wanted this electronic doggie this year and Santa delivered. She spent all morning walking it around the house before taking "GoGo" into her bed for a nap.

Getting her hearing tested
Today, as part of her 5 year checkup, Eliza got her ears tested. The doctors said her hearing is fine, but Mommy and Daddy aren't so sure sometimes.

Eliza's Extended Birthday
Even though her birthday was over, Eliza got one last treat when Mommy and Daddy visited her classroom on Monday. They brought along a Spongebob cake (a present from Aunt Karey) - which was a HUGE hit with all her little pals.
An End to the Perfect Birthday!
Eliza had quite a day! She had an ice skating birthday party with her friends and family. Then she went out to lunch for pizza, followed by a much needed nap. She woke up, opened presents, and then went on a drive to Disney. She spent the night going on all her favorite Magic Kingdom rides with Grandpa and Grandma. She then ended the evening with a balloon and cotton candy. Whew!
Her first ride on a horse!
Eliza had the best 3 minutes of her life riding Tacoma the horse at the farm today.
