Last night we made a mid-week visit to The Magic Kingdom to meet-up with some new friends. While there, we did the usual 'height check' and found out the Eliza is now big enough to ride Splash Mountain!
We got on the ride and she said to Daddy, "Let's Do It!" and screamed and laughed through the entire ride, including the sudden descent into the water (we got soaked).
At the end she exclaimed, "I was very brave!" and "That was fun, but I won't do that again next time."
Eliza can go on the big kid rides!
Eliza Likes To Rock Hard
She occasionally changes the lyrics to "Cherry Mom"...
Eliza's Easter egg hunting!
And here's a look back at her last two Easter egg hunting expeditions!
She's growing up so fast!
Happy Easter from Eliza!
The girl got up this morning at 7:30am and quickly found her Easter basket. She spent 30 minutes unpacking all her loot, and then had a pancake breakfast, followed by a bath. Then it was time for the big backyard egg hunt!
After that, she was ready to just chill out in her new rocking chair, and later watched some cartoons (or as she likes to call them "Eliza's Shows").
Egg Hunting Practice
Today Eliza met up with her school friend, Alexander for a little Easter egg hunt in the park. It was really a warm-up for tomorrow's full-on backyard hunt.
Rocking Out to Tangled!
Eliza's Workout Routine
Eliza is getting herself into shape, using a rolling pin. (This is all while Daddy sits at the computer)
Scary Pirate Girl!
All the way on our trip to Epcot, Eliza was planning how she would have her face painted. She was dead set on being Spiderman. When we got there and saw just how much of her face would be painted (in the 90 degree heat), we had her pick an alternate design.
Without hesitation, she said "Captain Hook!"
