Asleep! Before crashing, Eliza asked us to let her know when we get to the hotel.

Ready to road trip

Up early, in the car and ready for an eight hour drive.

salon day

Eliza was the most patient (and amazingly quiet) girl on her trip to the salon this morning. She got "twists" instead of the usual braids, and is looking really cute!

It's Meatball Night!

It's Meatball Night! from JL Watkins on Vimeo.

We all take turns making dinner, and last night it was Chef Eliza's turn. She demonstrates one of her many kitchen specialties: Italian meatballs!

Eliza really loves her peaches!

While at the grocery store, Eliza insisted on getting a few peaches. She made her case by stating that they are, "Sweet and juicy, and I really want them."

Later that night, we gave her a peach as a snack and she went on a ten minute rant about how amazing her peach was.
"Oh man, this is so juicy!"
"Are you sure you don't want some of this?!"
"I'm not tricking you, this is really good."
"Oh, this is so juicy!"

Over and over.

I finally got wise and snapped the last minute of her little peach snack.

Very serious about finding Waldo

These two are very intently trying to find Waldo or "Walden" as Eliza calls him. She's pretty good at finding him (Daddy's not bad either).

Go, Ducks!

Go, Ducks!, originally uploaded by littlelostrobot.

Can you guess who we're cheering for in tonight's Rose Bowl? There's one little girl in Orlando, Florida who's rooting especially loudly for the Ducks tonight. She keeps chanting, "Go Team, Go!".
