Flying high with Mommy
Mommy and Eliza took to the air this afternoon, riding the Red Baron ride. They reached a maximum cruising altitude of seven feet, and had very little turbulence to worry about.
Fun at the Kemah Boardwalk
We had a terrific weekend showing off the Houston area to our good friends John and Janelle - who each flew in from different places to visit us, and hang out with Miss Eliza.

Eliza loves to read her books, but sometimes she needs a little exercise break. (Daddy was on the phone in the background, totally missing out on this funny moment - glad Mommy is quick with the flipcam)
Still hungry
Eliza ate a whole bowl full of lasagna for dinner, but was still hungry. So she had a Blackberry for dessert.

Even little girls love shoes
We now have a series of photos capturing Eliza trying on shoes - hers, ours, whatever's available.
This photo gives you an idea of what our mornings are like. As we try to get ready for work, Eliza runs around like a wildcat trying on shoes, throwing stuff in the toilet and screaming at the TV. She's only stops to eat or drink her "ilk" as she calls it.

When I picked up Eliza from daycare today, I almost didn't recognize her. She was prowling around the waiting area wearing a kitty mask, and she didn't want to take it off for at least 10 minutes after we left -not until the exact moment I went to snap this photo (naturally).
